Behind the Name

We all have a friend that loves music but never remembers the words to the song. Well, I am the friend. I love listening to music. However, if I can't remember the words to a song , then I would make up my own. Many of my friends could not tell the difference until they heard the original song. They deemed my creative takes on the songs the "Emix", Emma's mix. The changing of lyrics was not done to disrespect the artist or original music. I honestly could not remember the words to the song, but loved the music. Over the years, I managed to impress my friends and family with learning a majority of words to songs. Similar to the Emix I created with music, I have done the same with jewelry. Emix'd Jewelry is my own creative spin on what I see and make it my own.
